Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Area Sales Manager in Robotics, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, independently managing your customer portfolio and driving lifecycle service business across Finland. Please note that role requires frequent travelling in Finland, around 50-100 days per year. Your customers will be located mostly from Vaasa to Joensuu. We wish you would be located around Jyväskylä area, but you can work fully remotely when you are not in the customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and grow lifecycle service sales for both existing and new customers
  • Manage and expand service agreement portfolios
  • Promote spare parts packages and identify new sales opportunities
  • Recommend and sell training solutions based on customer needs
  • Lead modernization and upgrading initiatives
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in engineering (e.g. electrical, automation) or a commercial background with industrial understanding
  • Experience in industrial environments
  • Interest in technical sales and service business
  • Ability to work independently in customer-facing situations
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Patience, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent Finnish and good English skills required. Swedish is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel 50-100 days in a year in Finland
