Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Diese Position übernehmen Sie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben für die lokale Organisationseinheit. Diese Position gehört zur Abteilung Operations im Geschäftsbereich Maschinenautomatisierung in Frauenfeld. Die wichtigsten Stakeholder sind unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Das Arbeitsmodell für diese Stelle ist vor Ort.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

• Bearbeitung von Kundenretouren, Reparaturaufträgen und der dazugehörigen Unterlagen
• Koordination der Transportlogistik und der erforderlichen Formalitäten
• Lokale Beschaffung und allgemeinen Büroverwaltung (Empfang, Lieferungen, Wartung/Reparaturen, Anrufe)
• Administration von Kundenschulungen in Frauenfeld und Biel, einschließlich Korrespondenz und Auftragsabwicklung

Qualifikationen für die Stelle

• Berufsausbildung, sowie Erfahrung in ähnlicher Tätigkeit
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung mit Office365, gute Kenntnisse in SAP R3 (Module SD und MM)
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
• Bereitschaft zu den Arbeitszeiten Montag – Freitag vormittags, sowie ein ganzer Tag pro Woche zu arbeiten
