This Position reports to: EL Customer Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the Electrification business in Italy, the location is Bergamo plant.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring the status of orders
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Supporting the customer during Order Entry process
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas

Qualifications

  • You enjoy working with an agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in SAP, Sales Force and Excel would be considered a plus
  • You are captivated by a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • You hold a degree in economic, management engineering or similar roles
  • You are at ease communicating in English, Italian would be considered a plus
