Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will will support the functional and safety testing of Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear products according to internal standards and IEC requirements. This role provides hands‑on experience with electrical testing equipment, quality validation, and production processes in an industrial environment.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Tangerang, Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist in performing routine electrical tests on MV switchgear components, including Insulation resistance tests, High‑potential (Hi Pot) tests, Functional mechanical operation tests, Secondary circuit and control wiring checks

• Support test engineers in preparing test reports and documenting results.

• Ensure all testing activities follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions. and help identify non‑conformities and communicate findings to quality and production teams and participate in troubleshooting under supervision when test deviations occur.

• Maintain cleanliness, calibration status, and readiness of testing tools and instruments and support continuous improvement activities related to testing quality and efficiency.

• Qualifications for the role- Diploma/Bachelor student in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and power systems.

• Willingness to learn MV switchgear technology and industry standards.

• Strong attention to detail and high safety awareness.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
