Your Role and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Formulate detailed project plans, clarify tasks, timelines, and responsible persons for each phase; track the progress of project execution, promptly identify and resolve issues during plan implementation to ensure the project proceeds smoothly as scheduled.

Resource Coordination: Be responsible for coordinating human, material, and other resources required for the project, maintain close communication with various departments to ensure the rational allocation and effective utilization of resources; actively seek solutions when resources are tight to guarantee the normal operation of the project.

Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a communication bridge between the project team, other departments, customers, and partners, timely convey project information to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of project goals and progress; organize and participate in project meetings, record meeting contents, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.

Document Management: Undertake the collection, organization, filing, and updating of project-related documents, including project plans, requirement documents, meeting minutes, progress reports, etc., to ensure the integrity and accuracy of documents and provide support for project review and experience summary.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project, conduct risk assessment and analysis, and formulate corresponding risk response measures; continuously monitor the risk status and promptly report changes in risks to the project manager to ensure project risks are controllable.

Data Analysis: Collect various data during the project process, conduct statistics and analysis to provide data support for project decision-making; regularly generate project reports and report key indicators such as project progress, cost, and quality to the project manager and relevant leaders.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to industrial automation
- 1+ years of work experience related to project management
- Familiar with project management processes and methods, master project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have strong document writing and data analysis capabilities
- Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments
- Have strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, and be able to arrange work reasonably to ensure the timely completion of various tasks
- Have strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to quickly adapt to new environments and tasks and flexibly respond to various changes during project execution
- Be serious and responsible in work, have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and be passionate about work
- Possess good pressure resistance and be able to maintain a positive working attitude in a high-intensity work environment
- Communicate fluently in spoken English
