Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role you will drive operational excellence by leveraging advanced SAP expertise and deep business process knowledge to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes. This role is committed to implementing best practices, delivering hands-on SAP solutions, supporting key users, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enable efficient and sustainable business performance.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with industry’s best practices and SAP standards.

• Lead and support SAP implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a key user (KU), providing advanced system support and guidance to business stakeholders.

• Configure and support SAP modules, primarily in PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP, Project Management & Implementations.

• Strong SAP expertise with high proficiency in PP & MM and working knowledge (Key User level) of CO, SD, PS, and WM.

• Basic understanding of SAP FI and core financial processes.

• Solid knowledge of business process design, optimization, and best practice implementation.

• APICS knowledge and understanding of supply chain and production planning concepts.

• Engineering background (Mechanical and/or Electrical).

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., ABAP or similar).

• Experience in SAP implementations, system support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to create clear technical and process documentation.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.

• Advanced English Level.
