Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance, monitor project schedules and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all project documents. Coordinate across multiple departments, including： customers, sales, design, procurement, production, quality, after-sales, and finance—throughout the entire project lifecycle from contract payment to final on-site delivery. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Manage project changes by evaluating cost and schedule impacts and executing corresponding change contracts.
• Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit
• Ensure quality/continuous performance

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Majors in electrical engineering or related.
• Engineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering or Automation
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, SAP)
• Customer-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in written and spoken English
