Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Support the organization, classification, and standardization of existing ISO compliance Chinese documents, local regulations.
• Convert documents into standard formats based on new platform templates, and support document upload and approval workflows
• Support the coordination and organization ISO compliance trainings and activities.
• Support the digitalization and archiving of compliance-related documents and records.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Current master’s student, (students with coursework largely completed preferred). Able to start as soon as possible with stable attendance during the internship.
• Internship duration of at least 6 months, with 1-year availability preferred. Able to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week with a stable schedule.
• Willingness to develop an understanding of ISO compliance requirements; prior experience or knowledge of ISO-related compliance is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of handling document-focused work.
• Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility; able to follow processes for document conversion, upload, and approval support
• Proficient in basic office software, including Word, PDF, and Excel
