Position Overview
- Reports to: Product Marketing Manager
- Work model: Hybrid
About the Role
You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the segment strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will be challenged to grow ABB market share in building segment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in building segment (investors, designers, EPC contractors, panel builders)
- Develop and implement a market-based strategy for building segment
- Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building segment
- Participate in the development of sales strategies for the segment through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer
Qualifications
- A proven track record of successful projects in the building segment, managing excellent customer relationships with construction and engineering companies
- At least 5 years of sales experience in LV and/or MV products
- Technical engineering degree
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Valid driving license
