Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support all financial and commercial matters related to the project. Each day, you will actively drive your respective project’s performance. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting) documents.

This role is contributing mainly to ELSP/SB divisional controlling activities in Taiwan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Driving revenues and project cash flow in your assigned project and seeking optimization.
• Overseeing currency risk in project cash flow and implementing/suggesting appropriate mitigation measures.
• Supporting the coordination and preparation of project reviews, cost reports, claim management, back-charges, and insurance cases.
• Assisting the project team in identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring adherence to ABB’s corporate governance, assurance, internal controls, and business-specific finance directives and instructions.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in dealing with accounting and sales operation numbers.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in partnering with the business to provide analysis and insight.
• You are passionate about working with the business and providing accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, and project finance controlling.
• You are at ease communicating in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Some domestic/overseas travel may be required for internal meetings.
