Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account
strategy for key customers within the Food & Beverage Industry and EPC'S, focused on
share of wallet growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction. Each day, you will
coordinate sales activities, monitor ongoing projects, and proactively manage the resolution
of customer challenges. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying market trends,
pricing developments, and industry tendencies impacting these sectors.

The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification team and stakeholders.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the development and execution of the account plan and Statement of Work growth initiatives for Food & Beverage and EPC's.

  • Understanding key business drivers in the industry, including operational efficiency, energy optimization, sustainability goals, food safety standards, diitalization, and cybersecurity, translating them into value-added solutions within the Electrification portfolio.

  • Participating in the development of sales strategies by providing current business insights and long-term growth plans aligned with customer production, expansion and modernization projects.

  • Defining sales targets, providing input on market price developments, monitoring competitor activity within the accounts, and ensuring appropriate response strategies are implemented.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers at plant, engineering, procurement, and executive levels.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by leading cross-functional collaboration, supporting project execution, and driving issue resolution in a timely manner.

  • Qualifications for the role- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong technical expertise in medium- and low-voltage systems, power distribution, motor control, automation interfaces, protection coordination, and value-based selling within industrial environments.

  • Proven experience managing key accounts in the Food & Beverage and/or EPC's, including C-level relationship management and complex sales cycle execution.

  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value industrial projects, developing commercial proposals, managing budgets, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic account management capabilities, including account planning, sales forecasting, competitor analysis, and defining pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics.

  • Ability to identify industry-specific drivers such as productivity improvement, operational continuity, energy efficiency, sustainability compliance, and digital transformation, translating them into growth opportunities.

  • Advanced English level
