  • This Position reports to: Business Manager
  • Operations

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. This role is contributing to the ELDS in Xiamen / Beijing.

Segment product market specialist on building segment, mainly focus the commercial building, hospital and education sub-segments.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Support product marketing manager on the annual strategic planning process including the development of business strategy, innovation and China business plan from ELDS product view
  • Create plans and ensure implementation of the local go-to-market strategy with existing offer by related policies/ actions/ promotion tools aligning with global strategy and based on global and local landscape
  • Contribute offer strategy in bidding, channels, partnership, specification, commercial policy, sales performance

Target

  • Support strategic marketing manager on DOE
  • Achieve product marketing targets and budgets in assigned product line, and business plan for achieving the target is necessary

Marketing Intelligence

  • Highly specialized observing market dynamics and competition. Operational excellence in 4P marketing approaches
  • Conduct competition analysis on overall market, specific segments and competitors/ players
  • Support MI team for MDS reports, etc.

Promotion

  • New offer ramp-up, launching and promotion efforts to contribute to growth
  • Efficiently support/training/promote assigned product and product strategy to product promotion team in PMD, EP sales team

Product

  • Operational excellence in 4P marketing approaches
  • Drive feedback offer requirement from demand side to improve offer competitiveness to achieve growth target

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering is required
  • Master's degree is plus
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good English written and oral communication skills required
  • Minimum of 5 years of MV Products are preferred
  • Prior technical training or presentation experience
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of MV switchgear product
  • PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
