Reports to: Operations Manager
Work Model: On site (Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position)
Location: Mexico
- Contributing to the Robotics Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) Business Line
Your Role
Own the Challenge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small, low‑complexity projects. You will ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with established procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also apply basic project scheduling techniques to proactively identify and manage schedule risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team assigned to each project and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close‑out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with contractual requirements
- Maintain a healthy and consistent relationship with the customer through clear and continuous communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing projects as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project/Site Leader
- Previous experience in Automotive industry and General Industries Robotics (CSSR) projects is a strong plus
- Proven experience managing project scope, costs, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
- Flexibility to participate in global collaboration meetings across different time zones
- Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using SAP and MS Project is a plus
- Experience participating in NPI projects is a differentiator
- Willingness to travel is required; valid visa and passport are desirable
- Fluent English and Spanish is required
- Bachelor's degree completed is required
