We are looking for a new team member for the newly opened position of Project Specialist at our European Operations Center in Ostrava.

As a Project Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Controller in the area of project management and execution. You will use SAP daily, communicate in English and German, and become an important member of the project team for our internal customers. This role is contributing to the Automation in Ostrava.

The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:

• Project/order booking in the SAP system
• Costs planning, setting up billing milestones
• Cost overrun evaluation
• Collecting actuals, monitoring actual costs and revenues against budget and forecasts
• Collecting data for invoicing, tracking invoicing milestones, invoice processing
• Supporting the Project Manager during project reviews
• Active cooperation with the Project Manager and Project Controller
• Project closing

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary or university education (preferably in economics or finance)
• Communicative level of English and German (both written and spoken), French as an advantage
• Previous experience with SAP ERP (knowledge of PS, MM, or SD modules is an advantage)
• Attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers
• Experience with MS Excel
• Willingness to work in a virtual team
