Position Information

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming products from vendors and plants, ensuring accuracy in SKU numbers, quantities, and quality
• Consolidate identical SKUs in bulk storage

Order Fulfillment:

• Pull and transfer bulk products to pick zones
• Retrieve items for shipping
• Move cartons from shipping lanes to pallets for loading

Collaboration & Equipment Operation:

• Work with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues
• Operate power industrial equipment as certified

Performance & Flexibility:

• Consistently meet department quality and productivity standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic computer skills with an understanding of distribution operations
• Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately count inventory

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights (3-level modules)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
• Capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods

Work Flexibility:

• Willingness to work overtime with little or no notice
