This role is contributing to the Digital Solutions product group in Benelux (Netherlands & Belgium). Main stakeholders are customers, the Digital Solution Engineering Manager, technical leads, and internal software teams.
Responsibilities

- Designing and extending functionality for the Yard Management System to optimize vehicle flow and provide real-time site visibility
- Independently executing development projects, and collaborating with technical leads to determine and implement the best technical solutions
- Performing software testing, debugging, code review, and continuous quality assurance
- Deploying solutions on time and within budget, including participating in on-call duties approximately every three weeks
- Providing customer training and ongoing support to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoption
- Contributing to the software roadmap by suggesting new features, enhancements, and product variants
Team Dynamics
You will join a dynamic, high-performing Agile software team focused on productizing innovative solutions. Collaboration, adaptability, and independent ownership are key—if you're inventive and driven, you'll thrive here.
