Your Role and Responsibilities
In this function, you represent our 3 strong brands ABB, Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH and Striebel&John. In future-proof industries, topics such as Smart Home, energy management and sustainability are no stranger to you. You are responsible for order intake/sales budget while adhering to price specifications. This includes organizing and planning measures to increase order intake/sales for new customers and the introduction of new products and systems.
You are primarily responsible for:
- Acquiring customers (defined target groups) for ABB and building and maintaining intensive customer relationships
- Developing and ensuring individual, solution and value-oriented collaboration between ABB and customers
- Commercial negotiations and agreements in cooperation at decision-maker level with a focus on growth for both the customer and ABB
- Developing (further) customer target groups in the technical and marketing competence of our product and system solutions
- Ensuring customer use of ABB software tools/configurators
- Co-managing terms and bonus agreements
- Conducting annual meetings, developing and implementing joint regional market activities
- Implementing digitalization (e-commerce, online tools, online store EGH)
Qualifications
- You are an electrical engineer, master electrician or have commercial training with strong technical affinity
- You have experience in the sales of technical products and systems
- Expanding your existing network is self-evident to you
- Knowledge of the electrical wholesale and electrical installation market in Germany
