Position Overview

This Position reports to: Portfolio Manager

Are you looking for a demanding challenge in product management with a technical focus on medium voltage? In our technical product management team, you will take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle of our grid components products and work in a dynamic, cross-divisional environment. Design innovative product solutions and make a significant contribution to the success of our company. Become part of a dedicated team and shape the future of our technologies!

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for implementing the product strategy in the Grid Components division, adapted to market trends and company goals
• Ensuring complete product documentation and active participation in the creation of specifications and business plans
• Close cooperation and coordination between the marketing, sales, development and production departments to ensure successful product development and market launch
• Carrying out cost analyses and developing effective measures to continuously optimize manufacturing costs
• Providing technical expertise for customer projects, training and in the areas of engineering and project planning
• Managing product modifications and innovation projects in cooperation with the relevant development teams

Qualifications for the Role

• Successfully completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on energy technology
• Initial professional experience - we are also happy to give motivated career starters with relevant practical experience a chance
• Knowledge of medium-voltage/high-voltage technology and vacuum switching technology
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Technical affinity, team and communication skills, analytical skills and goal orientation
• Enjoy interdisciplinary and independent work
