Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

The work model for the role is: LI# - Hybrid

This role is contributing to the the Distribution Solutions Division in Thailand.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in with medium-voltage systems, distribution solutions, switchgear, or similar electrification products (preferred based on ELDS context).
• Ability to demonstrate your experiences of 3-8 years project management experiences in electrical distribution, industrial systems, modular, packaged unit or related engineering projects with strong safety mindsets and HSE culture.
• You are structured and accurate, able to keep an overview even when priorities shift.
• You are innovative around the disruptions with service-minded, collaborative, ability to deliver under pressure and a genuine interest in creating great result together
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in Thai and English professionally.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
