Your Role and Responsibilities

You will play a important role in optimizing the internal and the external production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting business targets for quality, efficiency, cost, and safety.

You will be in charge to make effective production methods, cycle times, equipment performance, and materials to support production objectives. You will also support Suppliers to contribute to new production process development by defining working phase sequences aligned with product cost and equipment investment targets.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Approve internal and external process designs and perform final project testing.

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in line with timeline, quality, and cost targets.

• Support production during process and equipment start-up through action plans and training activities.

• Evaluate and introduce new process technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Support daily production continuity to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Management Engineering.

• You are skilled in lean production methodologies

• You are passionate about innovation, production processes and sustainability.

• You possess a strong problem solving attitude

• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken
