We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Service team in Brno for the role of Business Process Owner.

We are seeking a person with strong technical and process-oriented thinking who will connect SAP, service tools, and data into functional end-to-end processes and take responsibility for their long-term development, efficiency, and customer value.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSE division.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and optimization of end-to-end processes in the areas of Service, Execution, Planning, and Reporting

  • Translating business requirements into IT solutions (primarily SAP and service-related tools)

  • Process analysis and improvement with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer value

  • Cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and key users, including stakeholder leadership

  • Preparation of requirements for internal and external IT partners

  • Supporting change implementation and ensuring user adoption

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Experience in a role at the interface between business and IT, with the ability to translate needs into functional specifications

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (ERP / S/4HANA) and experience with processes in a manufacturing, logistics, or ETO organization

  • Strong technical and analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and data flows

  • Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement

  • Ability to independently manage change from design through implementation

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across the organization

  • Advantage: experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

  • Fluent communication skills in both Czech and English
