We are looking for a highly motivated Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead our end‑to‑end planning processes and ensure the efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate demand and supply plans, managing production schedules, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to guarantee service excellence.

This role is contributing to the EL/SP/Hub Eur Manufacturing Unit Enclosure in Garbagnate Monastero LC Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and fulfillment team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance targets.

• Create and optimize production plans, ensuring capacity, materials, and resources are effectively allocated.

• Oversee inventory management, guaranteeing stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

• Monitor and improve On time delivery performance and other key supply chain KPIs.

• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Collaborate with Logistics to secure efficient delivery and distribution processes.

• Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Manage risks related to supply disruptions and ensure contingency planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

• Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations management.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent knowledge of planning tools (ERP/MRP systems; SAP is a plus).

• Hands‑on experience with forecasting techniques and inventory optimization models.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Fluency in English and italian (written and spoken).
