This Position reports to: Business Controller
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility
- Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility
- Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar disciplines or a related field
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of 10 years in Finance working as Business Controller with Engineering to Order manufacturing environment (Knowledge in IMMEX)
- Knowledge in ERP (SAP) FICO Model, ETO Knowledge, Office, Power BI, Team Leadership
- You are immersed working with operations and the power distribution market
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Project Controlling & Business Partnering
- You are passionate about leading change and challenging the status quo
- Advanced Level of English is required
