Responsibilities

You are mainly responsible for:

• Active participation in order processing
• Service/Aftersales
• Commercial order processing
• Offer creation based on repair requests
• Delivery deadline tracking

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in studies and have good commercial understanding
• You master the basics of working with MS Office: Outlook, Excel
• Optional: SAP
• You have good German language skills and good communication abilities
• You work in a structured manner, are motivated, friendly and able to work independently
• You possess team capability, open-mindedness and initiative
