Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee internal controls including audit walk throughs, testing and ensuring internal controls requirements are complied with. Co-ordinate, deploy and track continuous process improvement projects and facilitate best practice sharing. Provide organization wide visibility of current continuous improvement projects, track progress to help decision makers make decisions on resource allocations. Provide training and facilitation support to individuals and teams so they are better equipped to drive improvement efforts.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Testing and reporting on adherence to internal controls

• Ensuring processes are up to date and compliant with requirements

• Managing workflows for efficiency

• Improving key processes using Lean 6 Sigma and ensuring knowledge transfer of such

• Maintaining digital reports using digital tools

Qualifications for the Role:

• Any Degree or Diploma

• 3-5 years of experience in finance and/or data engineering

• Good understanding of processes

• Knowledge of digital tools like Power BI, Power query, Power Automate

• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
