This Position reports to: Local Division Manager

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Project Manager for our Brno branch (Brno – Škrobárenská). Are you interested in working on international projects and electrical engineering does not sound like a foreign word to you? Then we may have the right job opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage the formal acceptance of a project by the customer in the Process Automation division, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service at all stages of the project
• Lead the implementation of small and medium-sized automation and electrical system supply projects
• Assist the Project Control Department with defining all project documentation, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk identification and management plans
• Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with procedures, specifications, standard requirements and objectives
• Monitor and control project progress, resources and finances
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Logistics team in procuring required services, materials and equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact person for customer inquiries and escalation point for project issues

Requirements

• Secondary education in a technical field
• English language, both written and spoken (min. level B2) - you will use English daily
• Min. two years of experience in project management, working with automation and/or electrical products or technologies in the process industry or energy industry market
• Proven experience in managing project scope, costs, schedules and suppliers/subcontractors
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• Collaboration, solution-oriented and strong written and oral communication
• Excellent time management
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad for short-term business trips
• Group B driver's license
