🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaboration in the daily tasks of the Customer Service department related to Export clients

👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Customer order management

• Logistics and administrative tasks

• Order portfolio tracking

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints

• Analysis and proposals for service improvement.

📚Qualifications for the Role

• Education: FP Superior related to international trade and logistics.

• Languages: Spanish and English

• Additional knowledge: Communication skills.
