Position Overview
Reports to: Production Manager / Chef de service opérations
Se rapportant au Chef de service opérations, le Superviseur d'entrepôt sera principalement responsable d'assurer le suivi des besoins opérationnels dans un environnement de distribution et logistique favorisant la gestion participative. Ce poste contribue à la division Electrification, Produits d'Installation d'ABB Canada et est basé à Bromont. Le modèle de travail est 100% en présentiel sur le quart de jour.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités
- Audit et inspection santé et sécurité
- Enquête et analyse d'accident
- Suivi des actions correctives
- Identification des opportunités d'amélioration continue et suivi des réalisations afin d'atteindre les objectifs en matière de santé et sécurité, de qualité, d'efficacité et de productivité
- Supervision des employés de son département
- Communication régulière auprès des employés qu'ils supportent
- Encadrer le processus de développement de ses ressources, soit au niveau des processus de formation macro et micro
- Participer à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre des plans stratégiques annuels avec l'équipe de gestion
Requirements / Exigences
- Diplôme d'Etudes Collégiales ou équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Français obligatoire
- Faire preuve d'habilité à communiquer, mobiliser et de leadership
- Savoir planifier et gérer les priorités
- Savoir développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs
- Etre orienté résultats
