Reports to: ELDS Marketing & Sales Manager

As a Global Early Talent Program Trainee for Product Marketing Specialist, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in product marketing.

You will be working within the Electrification Business Area team in Santiago, Chile.

Program Structure

The program is made up of three assignments in different roles:

  • One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business
  • One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB's operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network
  • One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Delivering technical product presentations and conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers
  • Providing technical support to the sales team and responding to customer inquiries
  • Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial offers
  • Coordinating and interacting with the factory to address technical requirements and product-related topics

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Professional experience in electrical protections or electrical power systems is a plus
  • Fluent communication in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Ability to work with standard MS Office package
  • Curious, resilient and open to new ideas
