Position Overview

Reports to: Local Service Operations Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia (AUEN)

Work Model: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management in Automation & Controls projects for external customers
• At least 5 years of experience in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical industry, Power or Water industry
• Saudi ARAMCO MAC experience is a must
• Proficient English Speaker with Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to handle teams and ability to engage and motivate people of different cultures
• Experience of control system solutions and experience of EPC projects
• Ability to negotiate, persuade decision making and influence customers
• Excellent presentation design and delivery skills as well as ability to drive projects and manage execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certified, PMP® (ABB Certified Project Management professionals preferred)
• Knowledge of additional functions (Engineering, SCM, Sales) in addition to strong project management knowledge
• Knowledge of FCM, SAP, PLW, PR+
• Experience of handling teams and knowledge from different cultures
