In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a finance business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Officed based

• Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility.

• Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.

• Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.

• Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the Role

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required with demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting.

• Strong costing knowledge and understanding of service accounting and revenue recognition

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP (essential) ,exel and Power Bi tools.

• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across global operations.
