Reports to: Senior Finance Manager

Position: Accounting & Reporting Analyst

• Accounts Payable

Work model: Onsite

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring
• Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Payable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
• Assisting in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place
• Inputting invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and assisting in reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly
• Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction
• Performing other jobs/projects, complete related testing as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administration
• 1-2 year job experience at finance and accounting position in manufacturing and trading company (MNC preferred)
• Good in written and verbal communication in English
• High attention to detail, accuracy, internal control improvements
• Experience in SAP/Good Excel/BI/PPT/Power BI/AI Skill
• Strong data sensitivity, clear logical reasoning in calculations
• Positive mindset, quick learner, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Result orientation and customer focused
