Reports to: Service Sales Manager
Work model: Onsite
Your Responsibilities
- Protect, Maintain & develop ABB Install base and build good relationships with customers (i.e. solid CRM, Account Management locally) in responsible area
- Keep continuous Order growth and margin improvement basing on IB management, customer relationship and service & digital solutions
- In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager, implement service sales strategy/business initiatives and make in-time feedback in related systems/tools
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality
- Register required information into the appropriate customer database
- Ensure technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer's needs
- Comply with health and safety directives
- Act as a marketer/promote of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings & workshops)
- Translate the needs of customers into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions, aiming for new customers & needs mining
Qualifications for the Role
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in science and technology, preferably with OGC, Power, pharmacy industry background
Experience:
-
3 years Automation (DCS/SIS/PLC controlling area is preferred) or Digital business sales experience in industry
- Service experiences and relevant market resources in hand are a plus
- Knowledge of automation and electric technology, preferable with control systems, or electric products knowhow like converter, motor or Switchgear
Skills and Competencies:
- Accept continuous travels, urgent responses and multitasking challenges
- Aggressive, creative, willing to learn
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English both in Written and Oral
