Role Overview
This Position reports to: Sales Manager
You'll be responsible for generating demand for ABB's ELSP&ELSB products within Building & Infrastructure segment, aligned with the broader segment strategy. Your focus will be on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales and pipeline targets to support sustainable growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your assigned segment.
Work Model: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Enhance sales of products, systems within the, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and align ABB's offerings with tailored solutions
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and ensure efficient marketing activities and value propositions
- Prepare and manage sales plans, offers, and proposals, ensures proper business plans are in place and are executed by a segment-oriented organization
- Build relationships with key external influencers/key customers (EPCs, Installers, Investors, etc.) and leverage ABB to capture new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering field or related fields
- 8+ years of work experience and work experience in the Building segment sales at least 5 years
- Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to inspire customer motivation and thinking
- Skilled at functioning individually as well as contributing to team efforts
- Willing to business travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Salesforce
- Intermediate level of English skills, Turkish knowledge is a must
