About the Role

Reports to: Company / JV Specialist

Work model: Onsite

Division: Distribution Solutions in China

In this role you will hold an important position in equipment management within the GMO team. You will lead the maintenance and continuous efficiency of property management, property equipment, and company facilities to optimize technical and financial resources.

Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to develop the annual maintenance plan for new equipment and facilities and supervise the implementation of the property. Consult on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and security.

• 与工程团队合作，制定新设备和设施的年度维护计划，并监督物业管理的实施。就如何提高可靠性、可维护性和安全性提供咨询服务。

• With working experience in energy management analysis and improvement. Solve significant technical, equipment or facility challenges to achieve higher performance in the company's production.

• 具备能源管理分析及改善相关工作经验。解决重大技术、设备或设施难题，以提升公司生产绩效。

• Respond quickly to any emergencies, breakdowns, stoppages or other issues to minimize the impact on production.

• 快速响应各类紧急情况、故障、停机或其他问题，最大限度降低对生产的影响。

• Recommend improvements to processes and facilities to reduce maintenance costs and optimize operations and energy efficiency. Implement health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.

• 就优化运营与能源效率、降低维护成本提出工艺流程及设施改进建议。贯彻落实健康、安全及环保准则与指导方针。

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Equipment management, working as a principal in the mechanical and electrical industry.

• 至少具备2年设备管理经验，在机械和电气行业担任主要负责人职务。

• Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)

• 拥有生产线实践经验（具备管理经验者优先）。

• Knowledge of CAD and Office software.

• 熟悉CAD及Office办公软件操作。

• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.

• 具备团队协作精神、以解决问题为导向，并拥有出色的书面及口头沟通能力。

• A recognized Bachelor Degree.

• 持有认可的学士学位。

• Good command of Chinese and English reading and writing.

• 熟练掌握中英文读写能力。
