About the Role

This position reports to: Sales Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop OEM and Enduser customers to promote ABB motor and generator
• Complete personal target
• Update SFDC/PMS for project information and visit report
• Dig out service business opportunity
• Feedback market information
• Set up good relationship with key customers and CPs

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Major: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years working experience in maintenance and commissioning

Language:

• English CET-4 or above

Personality:

• Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure
• Willing to communicate with customers
• Can adapt to frequently travel

Preferred:

• JV company sales experience
• Sales experience in Motor & Generator / Automation Product

The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation.
