About the Division

The IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors). Through a global footprint, domain expertise and rugged designs, the Division provides reliable technology that improves efficiency and productivity even in the most demanding applications.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced IT/IS professional to build and lead the MOIM IS PMO, driving strategic project portfolio management across budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, and delivery. The role oversees digitalized PMO processes, ensures high‑quality lifecycle execution, and provides clear portfolio and risk reporting to stakeholders across MOIM and beyond. Alongside PMO leadership, this position also manages key IS projects directly and coaches project managers to strengthen a continuously improving project management community.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Defining and Establishing a PMO Strategy and Process: develop and implement the MOIM IS PMO framework, setting standards, governance structures, and methodologies that enable efficient, high‑quality, and continuously improving project portfolio management across the division.

  • Controlling the Project Portfolio: oversee the full IS project portfolio, ensuring transparent monitoring of scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risks while providing clear, structured reporting to MOIM leadership, Business Area stakeholders, and Group-level partners.

  • Establishing Digitalized IS Project Portfolio Processes: design and deploy digitalized, end‑to‑end portfolio management processes and tools that enhance visibility, streamline lifecycle management, and support data‑driven decision‑making for all IS initiatives.

  • Coaching Project Managers & Driving IT/IS Projects: lead key IS projects directly while mentoring and developing project managers, fostering a strong, collaborative, and continuously improving PM community capable of delivering complex global initiatives successfully.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an IS Project Manager within a global matrix organization
  • Proven experience leading complex and distributed projects, experience with business process mapping and project portfolio management
  • Experience in change management is crucial
  • PMO experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Motion and the business of IEC LV Motors is a plus
  • Ability to influence and leading without direct authority
  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across different time-zones and multiple seniority levels
  • Demonstrated passion for driving business growth, paired with strong communication and problem‑solving skills to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Deep customer‑centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs, prioritize value creation, and build solutions that strengthen long‑term relationships
  • Fluent English language skills
