Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Plan and execute site activities to deliver project scope on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements.

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, resources, logistics, and facilities to ensure efficient execution.

• Ensure HSE and quality compliance on site, including implementation of the Project Safety Plan and correct handling/installation of equipment.

• Act as the primary customer interface on site; manage reporting, issues/changes, and claims to protect ABB’s contractual position.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Minimum 3 years’ site management experience (projects/installation/commissioning).
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements; able to implement and maintain a Site Safety Plan.
• Ability to read/interpret contracts and manage site execution to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (customer, contractors, internal project team).
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors; effective coordination of resources and logistics.
• Willingness to travel/work at project sites as required; able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
