About the Role

This Position reports to: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance partner for assigned IS Business Areas and Divisions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making
• Provide financial insights and analytics to Local Country IS Managers, BA CIOs, IS Controllers, and divisional stakeholders through reviews and regular business meetings
• Lead the financial planning cycles including APP and 5Q Rolling Forecast, ensuring alignment across IS teams, EICOS, and operations
• Analyze financial performance and variances using Power BI and advanced Excel models, delivering data-driven recommendations
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgeting packs, and planning documents, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholders
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, leveraging DAX and strong data modeling skills
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement, including standardization, automation, and enhancement of reporting templates and tools
• Ensure governance, compliance, and data quality, maintaining SOPs and monitoring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and financial controls

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
• Experience of working in service delivery model environment
• CA/CMA/CS/master's degree in finance and accounting or business administration
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and IS/IT controlling roles
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling) & strong MS office skills
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to translate data into insights
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on process optimization and standardization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
