Your Role and Responsibilities

This position reports to: R&D Team Lead

  • Perform mechanical design for medium voltage drives, including mechanical parts design, simulation, drawings and materials selection
  • Ensure successful execution and provide excellent technical contribution to R&D projects
  • Coordination on prototype making and type test according to GB/IEC standard
  • Collaborate with electrical team to perform R&D verification test
  • Solve technical related problems from test
  • Write related technical documents
  • Collaborate with product engineering and production team to perform productization
  • Solve technical related problems from assembly and test

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor and above in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration and other related fields
  • 3+ years of mechanical design experience in low voltage or medium voltage drives
  • Good knowledge of ProE/Creo and familiar with PLM operation
  • Much experience in mechanical design, familiar with the process of metal punching and plastic injection
  • Thermal simulation experience is preferred
  • Ownership, proactive, good communication, teamwork skills and strong learning ability
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
