Role Overview

Reports to: Operations Manager

Work model: Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Manages documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system
  • Monitors, follows and operates the daily job orders on SAP
  • Follows with team members on their completion and prepares the daily reports
  • Ensures that documentation is maintained in compliance with the company's/project's procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery, and the issue of documents
  • Prepares, periodically updates and issues the project document list, as well as prepares and updates progress reports as per the schedule
  • Organizes final documents and maintains them in the internal or external archive
  • Assists in preparing monthly payment applications
  • Communicates appropriate information to project stakeholders (internal and external) effectively
  • Communicates deadlines to the project team for document delivery
  • Assists in preparing materials (presentations, minutes of meetings, etc.) and assists in project reviews
  • Coordinates with related project members for reporting, planning and control requirements effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated skills in working effectively with people with diverse backgrounds; both inside the plant environment and with external contacts
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, SAP
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to work effectively with the management group, hourly employees, vendors and with end customers
  • Good command of English, Turkish knowledge is a must
