This Position reports to:

IS Service Owner:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Acceleration & Modernization Analyst Intern to support reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, operational excellence, and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Support team reporting activities and preparation of community insights and metrics
• Assist in the coordination and execution of team events and operational activities
• Support the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process automations using Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Create reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support acceleration and modernization initiatives

Requirements

• Active student status in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, Java, or similar)
• Interest in automation, process optimization, and digital transformation
• Good English communication skills
