Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions & on-premise data platform based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing architect, data model, ETL/ELT and dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Country IS in China. Main stakeholders are Country IS Data & Analytics Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assess and design architect for data & analytics solutions
• Optimize overall landscape of data & analytics based on business requirements and advancement in market
• Design and develop data model, data flow, ELT/ETL etc., optimize existing solutions based on observations during operational work
• Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights using tools like Power BI etc..
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
• Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity.
• Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in architect design and development on Azure Databricks or other main stream data platform in Data & Analytics and AI market
• Solid experience in data & analytics projects with multiple full cycle implementations, understand the theory and principle of data & analytics, ETL/ELT, Data lake, Data Warehouse/Data Mart, Dashboard, Machine Learning etc., well known for architect rationality of data & analytics sector
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics as architect or developer on above mentioned data platforms
• Solid experience on solution implementation of main stream data extraction tools/platforms like Azure Data Factory, SAP DS, Mulesoft etc., and knowledge of various kind of technologies used for data extraction like REST API, ODBC/JDBC, SFTP, etc.
• It will be a big plus if you have solid experience or knowledge on SAP, and know clearly SAP data structure of major modules of MM/SD/FI/CO/PP/PS etc.
• It will be a big plus if you have solid experince on machine/deep learning solution implementation and development
• It will be a plus to know well or have solid experience on visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of cloud based data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake etc.
• You are passionate about around data analytics technologies, machine learning, deep learning, AI etc.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering etc.
• You are at ease communicating in Chinese and English
