About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the people strategy for our Motion & Automation business in Vietnam. Supporting a team of approximately 50 employees, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and a driver of organizational performance, culture, and capability. Your work will directly influence how the business grows, develops talent, and navigates change.

Reports to: Local Division Manager

Work model: Hybrid

This role supports the Motion & Automation business across Vietnam, working in close partnership with leadership teams, functional managers, and Shared Services to deliver impactful HR solutions.

You will join a collaborative, forward‑thinking, and high‑performing HR team that values partnership, innovation, and continuous learning—an environment where your expertise will make a visible impact.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services
  • Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business
  • Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies
  • Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience, supporting technical or operational business units
  • Strong experience working with HR tools, methodologies, and systems, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or technology‑driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience in industrial relations, including handling employee relations cases, supporting investigations, interpreting labor regulations, and engaging with local authorities or external partners
  • Proven capability in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Proficiency in relevant HR platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for stakeholder management, problem‑solving, coaching, and driving cultural and behavioral change
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organization
  • Valid work rights required for employment in Vietnam
