Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi.

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Monitoring daily import/export shipments and ensures smooth customs clearance via the appointed customs brokers.

• Understanding and applying relevant customs procedures and ensures the relevant declarations are correctly made.

• Managing the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

• Facilitating continuous review and improvement in the operational transport and trade/customs activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International relations or Business Management (required)

• 1+ Year experience in international logistics, trade and shipment activities

• Use of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) preferred

• SAP or similar ERP tool knowledge preferred

• Advanced English (required)
