This Position reports to:

IS Business Analysts Team Lead:

As a Business Analyst Intern in FTS Business Analyst Team for Process Automation and Optimization, you will get an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in identifying, assessing, evaluating and resolving requests arriving from Finance teams and Business stakeholders. You will cooperate with internal and external technical teams, supporting throughout whole process of solution design to delivery.
Tasks:

• Support requirements gathering and description (e.g. user stories creation and acceptance criteria definition)

• Create and maintain documentation of business requirements, application guidelines and other

• Analyze defects and support users queries

• Design and execute manual tests

• Support operational tasks

• Participate in all solution delivery stages

• Work in close collaboration with BA Team, business stakeholders, developers and users

Key skills & competencies

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English, active listening and critical thinking

• Analytical mindset and strong attention to details

• Eagerness to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions

• Proven ability of handling multiple tasks

• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus

• Basic knowledge of testing practices is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Power Platform tools is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
