Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Primary Engineering in Xiamen China . Main stakeholders are ELDS.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Contributing to the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to relevant standards, safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.

• Ensuring that Bill of Materials for the project meets contractual obligations and project gross margin requirements by not generating Project Left-Over Material.

• Coordinating with manufacturing and testing functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged and tested, updating the engineering deliverables as built.

• Using standard processes and tools and assisting in developing new processes and tools for the reuse of technical solutions.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or relevant discipline;

• At least 3 years’ experience in mechanical design.

• Good experiences in primary design in power product area.

• Good English listening, speaking and writing skill;

• Good in office software, e.g., Solidworks Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

机械设计工程师

岗位职责：

1)针对项目相关要求，完成产品的非标机械设计；

2)培训新员工、助理工程师、工程师；

3)承担部分项目的项目管理；

1. 优化标准设计方案；

2. 制定及优化设计原则；

6)提供技术支持；

7)完成常用非标方案标准化工作。

岗位要求：

1)本科及以上学历，机械专业及相关专业；

2)应届生或毕业三年内的学生；

3)全面、系统地掌握总体机械设计知识、机械设计原理、机械制图、 机械加工的工艺流程及工艺要求；

4)熟练应用办公软件，及AutoCAD、Solidwork 绘图工具；

5)良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
