About the Role

This position reports to the Portfolio Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the Low Voltage Systems core product MNS 3.0 Front, with annual revenue around 500m**$.** You will manage marketing of ABB's MNS offering(s) to targeted market segments and oversee the offering(s) throughout its/their lifecycle, in line with market needs and product group strategy and targets. You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offering, supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offering lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Global, with a preference for EU countries such as Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden and Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Own global product strategy and roadmap for LVS MNS 3.0 Front, including positioning, lifecycle management, and profitability targets.
  • Lead market intelligence and segmentation analysis, define customer value propositions, and ensure clear communication across channels.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and new opportunities, drive customer need/value analysis, and contribute to new product development planning.
  • Manage technical and market specifications, create business plans, and oversee stage-gate processes for offering development.
  • Drive cost optimization and performance monitoring, set targets, and collaborate with operations to maximize competitiveness.
  • Coordinate product launches, training programs, and globalization plans, ensuring alignment with GPG strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the division and the business area for products development.
  • Collaborate with LPG product managers, supporting them for product related issues handling, and collect ideas of new development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum with 5+ years in electrical systems business; experience in switchgear, R&D project management, product management, product marketing, or P&L management preferred.
  • Proven ability in portfolio management, business strategy, market intelligence, go-to-market planning, and customer experience success.
  • Skilled in pricing strategies, budgeting, performance targets, agile methodology, and process improvement for optimization.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, new product development, product lifecycle management, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to synthesize research and information for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills in English.
