- We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB within Electrification in İzmir
- Turkiye. Reporting to the Aegean & Mediterranean Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of innovative ABB EL Global Markets in Electrification Turkiye.

Responsibilities
- Use your experience to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs
- Responsible for sales of ELSP & ELSB products within a designated market in accordance with strategy
- Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues
- Identify and develop sales opportunities
- Sell products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned business
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, and align to provide a solution
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Prepare sales plans using company tools
- Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
- Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensure the effective completion of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques
- Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
- Identify and facilitate the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in Sales Channel (Distribution/ OEM) and account management
- Experience in low voltage product sales
- Intermediate level of English skills; Turkish knowledge is a must
- Agile, collaborative and solution-oriented profile with effective interpersonal and decision-making skills
