This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Local Lead Manager Robotics (RA) Baltics

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our Robotics Division. You will drive sales performance by building strong, long-lasting customer relationships and delivering solutions that truly meet our customer needs. Your ability to achieve sales targets, uncover new opportunities, and provide excellent service will directly contribute to sustainable business growth and long‑term customer success.

This role is contributing to the Robotics Division in the Baltics.

You will be mainly accountable for

  • Driving sales success through close collaboration with Marketing and cross‑functional teams, shaping competitive sales plans and bids with strong technical and commercial alignment

  • Actively identifying, qualifying, and developing new market and business opportunities together with the wider sales organization

  • Translating customer needs into compelling ABB Robotics solutions, clearly articulating value and benefits to influence buying decisions

  • Tracking customer behavior and market trends in partnership with Marketing to support targeted campaigns and accelerate demand generation

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in a technical field

  • Higher Education in Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar

  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Full proficiency in either Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian, and in English allows for seamless collaboration with customers and stakeholders

  • Drivers license B

While the base salary is based on the successful applicant’s location, qualifications and experience, it starts at 3000€ gross, with additional yearly bonus and a company car.
